Had to look up what the 02 diet was- I see green tea is recommended on it. If you have been drinking that, it's got caffeine. Caffeine could explain jitters and having trouble with sleeping. You might also want to get your thyroid function checked, to be sure hyperactive thyroid is not the source of symptoms for you.
