Desperate and in despair about my symptoms

I'm 28 and unable to get a diagnosis. My doctors all say that my blood test results are fine but I don't feel well. Sometimes I just want to pass out. My symptoms include:
- Dizziness
- Fatigue
- Lightheaded
- Headaches
- Weight gain (impossible to lose)
- Feeling of wanting to faint “I don’t feel good”
- Rapid eye blinking
- Sensitivity to light
- Uncomfortable internal stabbing pain on left side
- Heavy menstrual bleeding with thick clots (changing super plus tampon every 1.5 hours MAX)
- Unmotivated and feeling depressed because of symptoms
- Temporary memory loss
- Very quick to anger and tear
- Low Iron levels
- Craving of carbs/sweets. Sometimes headaches cease after I consume something sweet
- Breaking out (pimples)
- Cold extremities hands and feet
- Dark brown vertical “pregnancy” line on my stomach (NOT PREGNANT)
- Thicker hoarse voice in the evening
- Regular stool but hard to pass. Pellets.
- Hemorrhoids

I checked for hypothyroid but I was told I am normal  at 2.35 and also checked for hormonal imbalance and apparently that's fine too. I am constantly gaining weight and cannot lose any no matter how well I eat and how hard I train (I am a trainer as well). I am very much in despair :(

Most of the symptoms mentioned above( Dizziness ,Fatigue, Lightheaded ,Headaches,Feeling of wanting to faint, Cold extremities hands and feet  are because of iron deficiency, which is caused by very heavy menstrual bleeding, which is caused by anxiety and stress disorder. Other symptoms are also the outcome of anxiety and stress. Please visit the link mentioned above for an effective treatment. Thank You!

You are suffering from stress, my lady. The symptoms you are suffering from are the response of your body to the stress. In your case its a mental stress which maybe is exacerbated by physical stress(pushing your body beyond its ability during Karate) and stress itself is the cause of all the hormonal imbalances in your body. Stress is a state we experience when the demands that are put upon us cannot be counter balanced by our ability to deal with them. The good news is that its simple to deal with it. Take care and pray for me, I have an exam tomorrow. Hahaha!!!

Sorry you're in such despair, I have some of the same problems that you've mentioned and still searching for answers.  I too feel that it's related to hormones but have yet to be diagnosed and am told that my thyroid is normal.   I've learned alot from the thyroid community here as to what tests to ask for to properly check the thyroid, parathyroid.  If you haven't yet, I suggests that you post these symptoms there,  Great people on that forum maybe someone will be able to help you.  Good luck
