Didn't know which forum to post this on-RLS

There is no forum for this, Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS), so I figured this was probably the best place to post this question.  I have had RLS for about 2 years, and it has gotten progressively worse.  I take 1mg of Requip in the morning, and NOW (I just started) I take 1 mg. in the afternoon, and 2mg. at night.  Now I'm finding that my right leg is SERIOUSLY worse than the other leg, and I can't even sit for more than 15 minutes without having to move around and stretch and the whole nine yards.  This, after taking all my meds.  I don't know what to do, isn't 4 mg. kind of a large amount of Requip?  I've tried one other medication for this, but it didn't work at all.

Please help!

Thank you, but I don't drink, smoke or drink coffee or soda.  If I drink a soda, it's maybe 2 or 3 in a month!!  I actually have too much iron, at first they thought I had hemachromatosis, but I don't.  I am talking magnesium, calcium, potassium and a multi-vitamin.

Thak you for the info about the site that I can look on and do my own researching.

Hi
Welcome to the forum!
Try decreasing the use of caffeine, alcohol, and tobacco. Take supplements to correct deficiencies in iron, folate, and magnesium. Taking a hot bath and massage the legs with warm oil or a heating pad. Some benefit by using an ice pack.
There are some organizations working towards research in this line. Maybe you can contact them. One such organization is
