Dear @sorreldean
I went to ENT couple of days ago and he said i don't see anything related to inner ear but he do ask me to come after 1 week and ask me to do some exercises. i am typing now and still feeling dizzy, i am using eye glasses from 1 and a half year, my head is heavy even today. dizziness is still here, pins and needle feeling, little numbness in left leg. i don't know what to do?

Hi I'm just wondering if your dizziness could be to do with your inner ear as a lot of dizziness you're experiencing could be Meniere's disease. It causes a lot of dizziness so a good idea to have your ears checked by your doctor. If you have weak eyesight it could also be connected to that so maybe an eyesight test. It's well known that if you take a lot of meds - I do thyroid problems - they can cause insomnia if you take them late in the evening. Exercise is a good idea even if it's only streching to start with to get you going, every day a bit more built it up from a few minutes onwards. A lot of your problems seem to have been caused with losing your mum, it is a terrible thing to lose a parent I know and it takes a long time to get over it, be kind and understanding of yourself.
