Dizziness weakness

Hello,
I am 31 years old and I have been looking for a diagnose for my problem since I was about 11 years old. Once in a while I get episodes of what Doctors think might me anxiety attacks or Migraine with Aura which include loss of vision, weakness, numbness in the arms legs and face, sometimes even  fainting for a few seconds. I grew up having to learn to deal with these episodes and I have been to so many different doctor throughout the years including cardiologists, neurologists and I have even tried acupuncture. Besides all the symptoms that come with these attacks, i constantly have dizziness, upper back and neck pain and stiffness and i feel weak just going up the steps. I also have a sharp pain on my right shoulder which even prevents me from sleeping on my right side. My MRI's are all normal as well as eeg, ekg, stress tests, echoes and bloodwork. I was diagnosed with Mitral valve prolapse about seven years ago but recently had to change doctors and the now doctor says based on my exams I do not have MVP. My older sister has MS which made me even more worried about my condition but as i mentioned, all my exams are normal. Lately I have been really exausted and unbalanced and I am gonna try a new chiropractor. I would really appreciate if anyone here on this site had any feedback for me. I just feel hopeless and tires of feeling like this. I appreciace all feedback. Thank you

Do you happen to have asthma or have you ever been treated for it? I have asthma and I get those feelings also. The back and neck pain sounds a lot like stress, I don't know your situation but if you are under a lot of stress yoga is good for that and even swimming. If you eat a lot food loaded with sodium it can make symptoms worse.

Hi. I don't have asthma. I always try to avoid fat foods and cafeine. I do have a lot of stress :/ which i have no control of most of the time. However all these symptoms started when I was very young which makes it hard to believe that anything has changed throughoutvthe years.  Thanks for the feedback. Good luck to you!
