Well, nil means none, so in your urine, you had no sugar (glucose), no protein (which is a positive sign about your kidney function), no ketones (which means your body is not having to break down fat for energy), no bilirubin (which is a good sign about your liver- no jaundice), and no red blood cells in the urine (which is a good sign about a number of things).
The puss that is showing up is dead white blood cells, which is the indicator of infection, which your white blood cells were fighting.
The pH is an indicator of acid/alkaline balance in the body and your number would be just slightly on the acidic side.
The specific gravity is an indicator of what chemicals are in the urine and it looks like yours was within normal range.
It looks like your urine must have been cloudy, because they say it was positive for turbidity. That can be another sign of infection.
You might ask the doctor what kind of deposits and epithelial cells the urine tested positive for.
I hope this is the reason. I went for a urine complete examination test. In medical terms there is infection and was given medicines too but I want to know what does the values mean, curiosity.

It's quite possible the anemia is causing your headache. And for me, pain can keep me awake- is this a factor with your sleep trouble? Are you planning to go to the doctor Monday for these problems?
Have not conducted an iron test but I am able to sleep properly from past many days. wakeup for no reason and unable to sleep back easily. and also severe headache
Did they also run an iron panel on you? Your hemoglobin indeed is low and this can be a sign of a number of things.
Iron deficiency anemia is a common cause, particularly if you happen to be a female who has menses. If the did also run an iron panel and it came back with your being iron deficient, did they advise you to take iron with vitamin Ester-C (the latter at least 250 mg to help the iron to absorb)?
Other causes of low hemoglobin according to an old lab book I have called 'A Manual of Laboratory Diagnostic Tests', 2nd Edition by Frances Fischbach, are: states of anemia, overactive thyroid, liver cirrhosis, extreme bleeding, and hemolytic reactions due to a variety of potential causes, which it lists (let me know if you want the list)- infectious agents is one of a number of things on the list, for example. The book says it's important to interpret a hemoglobin result not just looking at it, but at other relevant lab info.... have you spoken to a doctor yet about this result? One of the symptoms of anemia can be headache.
Your ESR has to do with inflammation in your body and the book says it's not diagnostic for any disorder in particular. But it is something I think the doctor should find helpful in the overall picture when trying to determine your diagnosis.
