Hi i am 24 years old.. and in my recent blood test i found my esr level is 65. n i am having stiffness n pain in my abdomen and back. should i go to a doctor or it will pass automaticly?

Since you are young the ESR test is non specific and checks for inflammation in the body. Do you have lower right abdominal pain? If so it could be an appendicitis problem. Either way you should see your doctor.
