lower right ab pain

This morning I woke up with a pain in my lower right abdomen. Its a constant dull pain, about a 4 or 5 on the 1-10 scale. The main pain is about directly 2-3inches to the left of my ASIS. It feels a little bit better when I'm sitting up instead of laying down. I have been going to the bathroom alot more than normal, but the stool is pretty normal, not diarhea.
I have had kidney stones in the past, and am told that there are still stones inside, but this doesnt feel like the pain from the stones I passed before. I've been reading about appendicitis but I havent had any other symptoms of it(no nausea, no tenderness when pushing on the area, no pain anywhere else.)
The hospital where I live is the worst hopital in North America so I really don't want to go unless its a real emergency.

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
In all probability you have cystitis or urinary bladder infection or UTI or stones that have moved out of the kidney. Urine examination followed by culture will be required. Treatment would include antibiotics, anti inflammatory, plenty of fluids and good personal hygiene. Do discuss this with your doctor and get yourself examined. Take care!

Now I'm also having to frequently urinate with little urine coming out. The pain has moved from the spot next to my asis to more in the middle and a little lower, about right above where the pelvic bone starts. Its also a little tender in this area when I push on it or lay on my stomach.
I'm hoping its kidney stones and not appendicitis. Any advice is welcome!
