Feels like heat stroke

I keep having these episodes where I get really hot. It's not a fever. It feels like I'm going to pass out from dehydration but I drink plenty of water. I have had problems with anexiety in the past and thought it was an anxiety attack but I will take a Xanax and not feel better. I also get very weak. My knees shake. I get dizzy and my vision gets blurry. I can't seem to pinpoint what in doing wrong. Plenty of sleep. Good eats. Water. What am I doing wrong and how can I fix this?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
You have not mentioned your age, but in elderly females close to perimenopause, hormonal changes in the body can cause such symptoms. The other possibilities are anemia, thyroid conditions and anxiety and panic attacks. Get your hormone levels, hemoglobin levels and thyroid function tests done to rule out these conditions.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Sometimes it really helps to change doctors, and get a "fresh pair of eyes" on the problem.  You know your own body better than anyone, and if you feel something's not right, it's probably the case.  Do you have any support from family, friends?

I've been to the doctor many times. He has run blood tests and done check ups and says everything is fine and can't find anything. He thinks it's just my anextiety. I don't think it is. I am a 32 yr old male.
