Fever and headache only in evening

I was sick with sinus nifection 3 weeks ago.  The Dr. gave me a course of antibiotics for 10 days.  2 days after finished those, the pain in the throat came back, as well as the cough.  A week after that, I start getting a headache and fever after 6pm every night.  During the day is fine, but at every night it's the same thing.  I went back to Dr and he gave me a different course of antibiotics, a 5 day course this time.  I took the last one today, but last night was just the same as always.  I always have to have the advil handy.  This is a mystery to me, especially the fact that it comes every night at the same time.  Ideas?

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Evening rise in temperature is generally due to anemia, diabetes, hypothyroid states, overwork, stress and fatigue. It is also seen in diseases like tuberculosis. It can also be due to post viral fatigue. Drink plenty of fluids, eat healthy, take a multivitamin and see if it helps.
Please consult your PCP. Take care!
