Front lower leg and foot pain

I have chronic pain on the front of both my legs 3" to 5" above my feet mild ache all the time on legs and feet in send locations. Severe pain like having a bruise when you squeeze front bones. Severe pain like walking on bruised feet in center to outside of both feet when walking.

Bartonella causes shin pain and pain in the feet.
This is a tick borne infection often associated with Lyme Disease.

Hi,

can you answer some questions to help us understand better the disorder that you may seem to have. Did you have a injury at the site of the pain anytime? Do you have any such areas in the body?

Do you get the pain due to some triggers? do you think if walking a particular disease triggers this disorder?

these questions are important, so that we are able to shortlist the reasons for the pain that you suffer,
