Frustrated with undiagnosted upper body pains

Hi, I am a 32 year old male.  Blood pressure is a little high but it is on the downslope.  My pain started with some serious acid reflux.  I have been diagnosed with erosion of the esophogus.  I have had many pains that started out with chest pains.  Been to the ER 5 times thinking i was having a cardiac issue.  All tests came back negative for cardiac issues.  Also had a treadmill test done also and that came back negative. Had ultrasound of kidneys, liver, pancreas, gall bladder and all other organs.  And numerous blood work done.  All negative.  This has been going on for almost 8 weeks now.

During week number two of this i noticed that both arms would tingle a little.  That has progressed into pain in arms and hands, with very little tingling.  This comes and goes.  My neck, upper back, shoulders are also stiff and painful at times.  I still have chest pains and upper abdomen pains.  Also have had short infrequent headaches for the past two weeks.  Now for the last couple of days my throat has been sore.

I have been refered to a pysical therapist and he is suspecting some herniated disks.

I am at the very least frustrated with this.  It is causing panic attacks.

Please Help!!!!!!!!
Thanks

anyone else have any ideas???  I forgot to mention pains on right side of chest also.  Almost all of my chest pains come the most when i am sitting down.  It seems that all of my pains go away completely when i am actively doing something.

Figured i would try this forum out and see if there are any experts out there that dont think i am going crazy.

Thanks in advance

Find a good chiropractor.  Chiropractors are the best with herniated disks.  The back is the foundation for the entire body.  If the back is out of alignment or there is a disk problem, it is amazing all the symptoms and pain it can cause.  Hope you are feeling better soon.
