need help

hi i have been feeling different for the past couple of months started f with me having major headaches, then started feeling sick,  and also feeling light headed, now for the past couple of weeks been feeling light headed and, am all ways tired, now for the past couple of days have had swollen ankles, my hips have been really sore and my boobies also have been tender, been having mood swing and just want to sleep all the time i can not seem to concentrate i have also noticed my tummy looks a little bigger but not sure if its cause i have my period cause it does that from time to time, if any one knows what it could be wrong with me please let me know need advice  ( even if it could be bad news) cause can not keep going on like this i have 4 kids to look after, thank-you

maybe you should do a test,or go to docs to have tests done,keep me informed.

thankyou,i have been low iron when pregant with my three boys, but with my girl i did not know i was pregnant untill 2 months before i had her cause i got what seemed like my period the whole time, will keep you posted, i also forgot to say i have lower back pain and allways going to toilet dont have pain just have to go alot only a pain at night cause i dont get a good nights sleep

Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
There are a few things that should be assessed—kidney and liver function, heart function, low protein and anemia, diabetes and hypothyroidism and depression. Polycystic disease of the ovary too is a possibility. Do discuss this with your doctor and get yourself examined.
