What possible diagnosis am I looking at?

Can anyone tell me what this is?  I am just looking for any possibilities...Thanks.

Male 26 years old 6+ months of:
-Left hand/arm numbness
-hands/feet turn ice cold
-legs fall asleep while sitting on floor, in tub, or indian style
-Lightheaded upon standing
-Knees feel stiff after sitting and have to stand for 30-60 sec. before stiffness and ache goes away
-Frequent urge to urinate
-Split urination stream
-Hard to start urination
-Frequent stops during urination (between 5-10 times)
-Up atleast once during early morning hours to urinate
-Pressure in scrotum region
-Pelvic pain/fullness (most likely from bladder retention)
-Bladder retention
-Feel like I zone out for a minute or two a couple times a day (find myself just starring at nothing)
-I have noticed for about a year or so that I have a lump on the right side of my stomach about a nickel size
-it doesn't hurt to touch it, doesn't seem to be growing
-I also have one on my left and right forearms, and left and right thighs near the hip joint
-I become very fatigued by early afternoon
-Feel as though I could fall asleep driving home @ 4p.m. (I think I sleep well, but may be I am not)

Exams:
-Prostate exams showing no inflammation
-Prostate fluid showing no white cells
-Urine comes back negative for infection and/or bacteria
-Cystocopy comes back negative (no obstructions, growths, or narrowing)
-CT scan comes back negative with some seminal vesicle enlargement
-Catheraterized twice with 100ml+ urine retention after urination the first time
-140ml+ urine retention after urination the second time (3 days after first time)
-Potassium sensitivity test negative (twice)
-Urodynamic analysis showing great pressure in bladder very little pressure from bladder exit to tip of penis

Medications:
-Mobic 15mg once in morning
-Elavil 20mg at bedtime to help with pain for sleeping
-Percocet 325mg every 4 to 6 hours for pain
-Flomax once in evening

I have felt slight relief since beginning percocet for pain.  Still have urge to urinate all the time.  Have pain in very lower left abdominal region sharp that comes and goes not last, but a few seconds at a time can occur over and over again and then sometimes feel it once then again an hour or two later.  For three days about 1 1/2 months ago I was bed in bed all day long because of the pain.  I had the feeling as though someone was tickling the inside of my penis and the very strong sudden urge to urinate with no output.  Urine retention has steadily increase from 45ml to 100ml+ after urination as symptoms have progressed.  First urologist stated it is prostatitis and you'll just have chronic pain the rest of your life.  Second urologist didn't prostate fluid exam with no white cells present and said that pretty much rules out prostatitis.  He thought it was Cystitis of the Bladder, but the potassium sensitivity test came back negative twice.  The urodynamic test showed great pressure in bladder with little to no pressure after the bladder.  I am at a loss at this point as to what is wrong with me.  The urologist is going to do another cystocopy on June 11th and see what he finds.  He has also referred me to a neurologist because he feel that it may be a neurological issue.  The CT scan of my pelvic region showed enlarge seminal vessicles and that was about the only significant finding.  I am not sure what is going on I just need some answers because from what we know it could possibly be more serious than originally thought.  Thanks for any insight, ideas, or comments anyone may have.

The urologist wants to repeat the cystocopy on June 11th @ 9 a.m. and referred me to a neurologist (June 9th @ 9 a.m.) because he feels it is neurologic in nature.  With all of these symptoms is there a possibility that something serious may be going on?

Should I mention these lumps to someone?  I haven't noticed any new ones over the last year.  Could this be something related to all of my symptoms even though nothing is coming back on blood work and such?

Thanks for any and all replies.

Neurogenic bladder.
This is a dysfunction of the urinary bladder caused by a problem of the nervous system.

Yes tell docs about the lumps. They could be related. When I first read your symptoms my first thought was that it's neurolgical in nature. You may want to think about an MRI  of spine and brain. But definitely see the neuro doc.
