I am so sorry Miyore.  It is not possible to tell what can be wrong through a forum such as this.
Perhaps you need another AIDS test to rule that out.  Parasites can also make you sick as a dog.
Have you tried any parasite remedies?  Diatomaceous earth, or Colloidal silver come to mind as good parasitic remedies.
Another thing that comes to mind might be shingles.  It causes great pain and a rash.  Also fever and malaise.
I sincerely hope that whatever it is the doctors will be able to help you.

Perhaps the person was sick with something along these lines.

Your symptoms are all over the place.  Leads me to believe that this is more of an anxiety attack  and not an std.   Doctors don't think you  have an std.  However, as I said, it sounds more like anxiety than anything else.
Go back to your doctor and tell him/her about how you feel.  He/she should give you some anti-anxiety medication to help you deal with the fear that you have an std or AIDS.   Your doctors have decided that you are okay - so it must be emotional rather than physical.   You might need to see a counselor for a little while to get over your fear.
Ask your doctor for a print out of their diagnosis.  Seeing it on paper that you are okay might help with the fear and anxiety.

I hope that you feel better soon and that the doctor is able to help you get over this anxiety.
    Wishing you the best outcome...
