Head growls like Stomach with Pseudomonas Aeruginosa Infection
Please help.Sounds crazy I know! I will type the best I can. No time to proof read. Need help ASAP. Symptoms...a young 52 year old female.Head has large outbreaks for past 3 years,Pseudomonas Aeruginosa infection was treated intervinous 5day hospital stay just got out yesterday,fibermialgia, index and middle fingers very crooked,sever pain,severe sharp pain when wind would blow on it, can not think or speak normal, just last few days,started with i think enlarged pore in center of forehead (never had skin isuures before) white bumps on head, bald spots now in outbreak areas, size of 50 cent piece, right and left side,3 dime size across top of head, and 3 0r 4 same below that, looked like trail dark line across back of head then turned to dime or larger, back of neck larg e5 inch long area hairbrush has white lint, have clear, white, blue, red, and green sometimes small threds, have gotten pieces out of head when first happened that I swear moved like a small worm sever pain, iutching biting, feels like what ever it is is turning over in large spots. Layed in bathtub for 9 hours yesterday, when massaged as gentle as possible air bubbles come out, sound as loud as and like stomach growling, 500 or so times yesterday on left side. Hundreds black lint in water. I think a mosquito or spider ver small and 2 other groths taken to biopsy today. Bald spot shrank to almost gone and not as red there. Swollen head. Cat scan today cam back normal. Was suppose to include neck but didn't. Confirmed with Dr. before done just messed up. Very rude was on hold for 7 minutes. Called back. Got answering machine. left message never called me back. Need a new Dr. I know. Hard to get one. Takes weeks. Going bad fast. ER 10 or more times hoping the right Dr. there would know. Didm't. If I go to ER need to have a different approch. Telling the truth doesn't help. Hope Biopsy shows. The Drs. office put me on hold for 7 minutes. I hung up and called back immediatly. No answer and left message on the machine. The biopsy should be back tomorrow. I need to get a new Dr. because the office is not run right. Example..the nurse? was to call in a prescription to the pharmacy for antibiotic & a renewal of the antihistimine. Went to the pharmacy to pick up and the antibiotic was not there. Called nurse and she just wanted to argue about it. I checked at the pharmacy again and they again confirmed it was not there. I explained it to her again and she still said she called it in. The pharmacy owner had to call her and explain the difference!
Yes, I went to the emergency room several times because my Dr. did not know what to do about it. She told me I should go to Ohio State University. She did not even know how to do a referal. I told her that it was a big place and you didn't just show up there, you need to have an appointment with a specialist. She told me if I went to the Emergency room there someone would point me in the right direction. She did finally get a referal to a dermatoligist there.

Last Winter (just white spots, not bald yet) severe pain when wind blew on my head.
Last few weeks I had to really keep my prioritys straight in my head. Easy things became hard. Like keeping my purse organized. It would take me 5 minutes to oranize before now...it is hard for me. Before I would just do it. Makeup bag organized. Cards where they belong. Everything in right area. Phone etc. Now it takes me an hour if I actually do it. And I have to really think where things belong. Can't remember things like what time appointments are. Have to keep checking my calender. Last few days getting worse mentally. Don't remember how words are spelled when I typed the above. Very hard for me to express self now. When I speak sentances have words in wrong order.
Yes, the lint? in my brush is white, clear, and red. The blue & green are not as plentiful.
Yes, layed in bathtub about a total of 9 hours yesterday. When I gently massaged the left side bald spot. It had lot of air bubbles. And yes 500 times apx. it did sound just like a stomach growling. Toward the end of bath they got lounder and longer. The bald spot was not even 1 10th of the size it was. hundreds of black lint? egg? in bath water. And the other side of my head was not as swollen. Head very itchy. Did not itch on rest of body until tonight. I rinsed pretty well but thought that the black could have been eggs? that made me itch. Face is not burning. The air bubbles did come out as early as last year. But not like last night.

I am trying to get the curuge to go again to the er find out whats in me! Keep trying.
Since you're now home from the hospital, it might be better if you took more time to write a thoughtful, clear post. It's really very hard to tell what you're saying.

The pieces seem to move like worms and cause severe pain like itching and biting. Air bubbles come out of these lesions on your head and when massaged, they make loud noises like a stomach gurgling, up to 500 times after you lied in the bathtub for 9 hours. Black lint also comes out of the lesions. Mosquitos and spiders might be in the lesions. You have a burning feeling in your hands and the rest of your body itches.
Your symptoms are very mysterious and unusual, imasap, and I don't think now is the time to change doctors. Being asked to hold for 7 minutes isn't a deal breaker.
Do you have a lab report showing that mosquitos and spiders are growing in the lesions on your head? I do know that there are parasites that deposit eggs into lesions under mammal's skin, but usually all the other symptoms you describe aren't present at the same time.

Hands like on fire at times. Rest of body now getting itchy. Wasn't before. Prescription antihisimine, pain pills, atibiotic pill now that I am home from hospital.
