Headache followed by vomiting about every 5 days in 14 year old girl

My 14 year old daughter has had three bouts of sickness, about 5 days apart over the last three weeks.  She wakes up in the morning with a bad headache, about an hour later she vomits, she takes Ibuprofen and goes back to sleep and when she wakes up an hour or two later she feels fine.  She has not changed her diet and she does not take any medications.  The only thing that has changed in the household in the past month is her older sister got a kitten that was diagnosed with tapeworms and ringworm.  Could either of these two things cause my daughters headache and vomiting?  She is not sexually active so she is not pregnant.

I'm sorry your daughter is going through this.

I'm not sure  of the answer, but have you taken your daughter to the doctor to test her for worms?

Is your daughter allergic to cats?
