Help! Chest pain, arm pain and light headed

Hey forum. I'm a 20yo Male; 5'10 in height and a whopping 300 pounds. I've been experience symptoms of a heart attack and it's put my life on a halt, I don't know what else to do anymore. I've been to the ER a few times and my doctor multiple times. I've had all kinds of tests done. EKG, ultra sound, stress test, Cat scan, blood test and they all came out normal somehow, it's so frustrating.

Symptoms: Chest pain or pressure at times and arm pain. Random spasms in the chest area right and left. Palpitations, odd heart beats at times and JUST recently, I started getting light headed after eating.

Like just now, I had a twitching type of thump 3 times on my right side.  I seriously feel as if I'm going to have a heart attack eventually. No one can give me a diagnosis, please help. I have pictures of my blood work results that you can view, if it'll help.

Panic crossed my mind too.

Problems with the spine can also cause spasms and pinched nerves causing sensations of pins and needles and tightness in the chest if there is a problem with the thoracic area of the spine.

As you seem to have experienced some of the symptoms after eating and "chest pain" this may  be from gastric problems, it will also be a good idea to get checked out for any problems with regard to that.

If you do experience the chest pains and arm pain, then that is the time to go to the ER and get examined straight away, regardless of any tests that have been done.

Have you considered to try and reduce you "whopping" weight?

Eat a well balanced and healthy diet cutting out junk and processed foods (cake, biscuits etc) and include lots of fresh fruit and veg, fish, chicken, whole grains.  If you do not do any form of exercise, start off by going for shorts walks and gradually build it up - length and pace.   Any small changes will also be a step in the right direction and will also help your heart.

When you experience the "spasms" make sure that your get seen at the ER straight away.

Best wishes.

Looks like a panic attack.

But of course, you need to exclude life threatening condition first.
