Help Please

For the past seven years I have been suffering with pain in my Abdominal area.   I have pain both in the lower and upper parts of my abdomin on a daliy reccurance, this is so server I'm gripping onto the floor on all fours (pardon the expression).  These are stabbing.  I also get pains low down and in my side

I also suffer from nausea and sickness this has got to the point where I just don't want to eat anymore.   When I do eat, I eat very healthy, I don't tend to eat junk food and get plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables.   I am suffering from hip pain too and even struggling to walk. I'm only in my twenties and a fit person and would say I am an average build.  I am also struggling to go to the gym, because of been in pain.

I normally have loads of energy, but when I finish work I feel so tired and i'm often in bed at 8pm.  I have been to my G.P and she has stated I produce too much acid in my stomach and attempted so many different mediciations I was becoming even more tired.  I have also had blood test, an endoscopy and ultra scan and nothing has shown up and no confirmed diagnosis.  I just don't know where to go from here!

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Since you have severe pain in the abdomen, at the sides and in the vaginal-urinary area (lower down as you say), there is a chance you have stones in the urinary system. These can make you double up in pain and can even cause nausea. Get a urine examination done and an ultrasound of whole abdomen and pelvis. Please discuss this possibility with your doctor. Hope this helps. Take care!

Have you've been referred to a surgeon for a Laporoscopy?  I have had abdominal pain and abdominal bloating the first time 2 years ago for 8 months.  I didn't eat for three days and did a colon cleanse and it did help.  Now I'm bloated again have had test after test and now my Gastro Doctor is sending me to a surgeon.  Maybe this is what you need to find out the problem. Pain is telling your body something is wrong.  Obvioisly the tests are not picking up something.
