Help please !!!

Hi, I've been having recurrent episodes of numbness in the fingers and the back of the head, lightheadedness, and dizziness along with blackouts, i never fainted but i still need to support myself on something next to me. I was diagnosed with migraine 3 years ago and have been taking inderal (propranolol) for almost a year and a half, i told my doctor about my symptoms and he told me to do some blood tests, everything was in the normal range except my WBC's, meaning that i had an infection, before i've done my blood tests in 2 weeks i had a bad throat and ear infection, so the infection was thought to be from the cold. I'm still experiencing all my symptoms, my doctor's out of town, and i need help on what might be the cause and what possible tests should i get???
