Hungry and Dizzy all the time

I am hungry all the time.  I eat and 10 min later I am hungry again.  I get dizzy and feel like I'm a shakey also at times.  I eat little snacks.  If I drink a glass of coke or pepsi I feel a little better for a longer period than if I eat like breakfast (eggs, bacon cup of coffee) at like 9:00 a.m. by 10 I am starving so I look for something to snack on eat lunch like soup, sandwich than hungry 10 min later. With sometimes dizzy feelings.  I have also in the past month had some mini stroke symptoms of dizzy, numbness on one side, slurred speech, couldn't walk straight, etc.  Was hospitalized for once one week the next time over night.  They said it was vertigo and miagranes.  Not sure if that is really what is going on.  I am 53 years old and tired of feeling this way.  Doctor's can not find the diagnosis so they say.  Any suggestions?

I could be wrong for sure, and a capable doctor is what you really need, but I am thinking MAYBE it's a tapeworm. Especially if you have traveled outside the country recently or before this started.

It could be diabetic related.

Have you checked your pressure, blood, cholesterol, sugar etc?
It is extremely important to see your Dr. and request Blood Work.

Also, I am not sure if you are on some sort of diet, but to me, it seems like you arent getting enough nutrients.

Is your blood pressure quite low? Have it checked at a chemist early in the morning.

Then have a glass of electrolite solution.  If your blood pressure is low you feel tired and wan and your body may think food will help but of course it won't.

I have heard of people eating but with no salt and/or fat in their diet and they feel pretty wretched.

If your electrolites and other minerals and vitamins are balanced you could possibly feel better,

All the best
