Hungry

I am a 65 yr old female and I weigh 185 - I eat a very healthy diet, usually oatmeal with blueberriesin it and a mini thin bagel and them some strawberries for breakfast and lunch (NOTE:  I usually don't get up until between 9 and 10 am) I have a cup of coffee and a banana when I get up.........For dinner I have either salmon or chicken with a sweet potato and a lot of fresh steamed veggies.  I seem to always be hungry though.  I like to have popcorn (Orville 94% FF) in the evening and I use 1 TBSP of real butter on it.  I drink FF Peach Tea, no pop........Can you give me an idea what I am doing wrong?  I also do water exercises 3-4 times a week....Thank You

Maybe try drinking a glass of water when you start to feel hungry in between meals and see if that helps. :O)
