I Think i have worms please help

hello i think i have worms as i have noticed white small baked bean looking things in my stool! I have taken the medicine for them and i was wandering if not eating or maybe eating certain food and drinks might help get rid of them quicker? is there anything else i should know about them and as long as i am hygenic am I likely to get them again? I beileve i have caught them from eating takeaways such as pizza and kebabs can you tell me if you think this is a reasonable explantion?

Many thanks for your time

Usually if someone has worms - you take 1 dose of Vermox ..... and should be okay...If you are highly infected another dose is advised like a week later...
Ive heard that eating a paw paw diet for 3 days works..... (people get worms from infected animals / pets, not washing your hands etc etc...) or uncooked meats. Otherwise chat to your pharmacist ...for some more "professional" advise x good luck
