I am a 29 year old male with frequent urination, going on 3 years still no answer?

As I said above I am a 29 year old male that has been fighting with the issue of frequent urination for about 3 years now.  I have a somewhat weak stream and have a frequent urge to urinate (once every 20-30 minutes off and on).  It also seems I am very prone to getting UTI, which I can usually treat at home with Cranberry pills.  I would say I get one about every month.  It seems worse after a bowel movement.

I know certain things do aggravate the issue worse than others.  Diet sodas, green tea, excess dairy, and alcohol definitely make it worse. So I do try to avoid these and it does help some, but still have a issue that is a huge annoyance to everyday life.

I have been to the Urologist several times.  I have had Urine stream pressure test and scope to check for blockage.  I have been given medication to treat overactive bladder with no success.  I have also been given 30 day antibiotics to treat prostatitis.  As well as being diagnosed as stress.  My life does not have excess stress, besides the fact that I am now stressed about urination issue that no one can seem to figure out.  The only thing that seems to provide quite a bit of relief is Ibuprofen, but taking it frequently upsets my stomach.  I would really like to figure out how to fix this issue.  It seems like a minor thing, but it really caused a lot grief on my life.  Basically deters me from wanting to go anywhere out of the necessary due to finding a bathroom often.

Any ideas or suggestions would be great.  Thanks.
