I dont know if these sypmtoms are connected but it gets worse everyday! HELP PLEASE!

Hello, I am a 20 year old female. I have been a healthy person for the most part. Thats why when I started to have problems it has really scarred me.
Symptom #1:
About 2-3 weeks ago I noticed that when I would brush and wash my hair or did anything with it, lots of hair started falling out. I know hair loss is somewhat normal, but I literally only  have half the amount of hair I did when this started. It has really been worrying me. I am a very clean person and I eat a normal healthy diet, love veggies, meat just the normal diet.
Symptom #2:
Three days ago I woke up with severe pain in my right eye. I doesn't feel like it is in my actual eyeball. It feels more like in the upper corners of my eyelid muscles. every time I blink or move my head quickly it hurts. I havn't been able to notice and swelling or bruising of my eyelid or eye. I have been taking Ibuprofen, but it doesn't seem to help. It started to feel better late last night, but I woke up this morning with severe pain, I could hardly move my eye. And it has continued to pretty painful all day so far.
Symptom #3:
Today when I woke up with the eye pain I also noticed I could barely move my head as well. The right side of my neck is very stiff and almost feel like my muscles have been strained or are balled up.
Symptom #4:
I have been having random stomache pains, tummy aches, for the last week or so.

If anyone has any ideas on any of this PLEASE let me know!! Thank you and I hope to hear from someone!!

Hi
Welcome to the forum!
Eye pain along with stiff neck can be due to compression of the spinal nerves in the cervical spine region. This can happen due to overuse of computers, work involving straining of neck, canal stenosis, bone disease, spondylosis, poor posture etc. This could also be a TIA or mini stroke or transient ischemic attack, though less likely. There is a greater chance of it being a nerve compression or an eye stroke.
It could also be viral meningitis, since you have tummy aches too. However since there is no history of fever, this possibility too lessens.
Please consult a neurologist and an eye specialist regarding this.
Your other problem is hair fall. The commonest cause is anemia. Dermatitis, dandruff, eczema are the other causes. Take multivitamin with iron supplement and see if this helps. If you have itchiness or patchy hair loss with bald areas consult a skin specialist.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

Have they checked you for hyperthyroid?  Meningitis?  CAT scan or MRI of brain?
