here is a description of what i suffer from, i get episodes of sickness in which i feel extreme tiredness, confusion, malaise, fatigue, lack of energy and vitality, and here is a key symptom, when i'm feeling like that i get blurred vision, i can't read anything it's all blurry, this usually takes 1 or 2 or 3 days to clear up, i usually resort to sleeping when i'm feeling like that, and as time goes the severity of the symptoms changes until i return to normal feeling again, no blurred vision, no feeling of tiredness, i can just resume my normal life again! another symptom that's persistent in days of sickness and health is frequent urination and sometimes sudden urge!

tests that i've done, urinalysis (urine ph 8, amorphous phosphates, negative for uti), complete blood picture (normal), do u have any idea what that is? do you suggest any tests?

fasting blood sugar came out normal! here's a thourough description of what i feel, ok here is a description of what i suffer from, i get episodes of sickness in which i feel extreme lethargy, tiredness, confusion, malaise, fatigue, lack of energy and vitality, and here is a key symptom, when i'm feeling like that i get blurred vision, i can't read anything it's all blurry, another something that i noticed is that when i'm feeling like that, i only ejaculate one or two drops of a clear fluid, all  this usually takes 2 or 3 days to clear up, i usually resort to sleeping when i'm feeling like that because of the extreme lethargy that i feel, as time passes the severity of the symptoms lessens until i gradually return to normal feeling again or sometimes in a matter of hours, no blurred vision, no feeling of tiredness, normal ejaculation, i can just resume my normal life again!

another symptom that has been going for a while (i started noticing it only lately, i don't ever recall being like that) and i'm not sure if it's related to the above symptoms, and that is persistent in days of sickness and health is a sudden urge to urinate, that is not persistent, it could go away without going to the bathroom, and return again, if i go to the bathroom, not much comes out, i know i can hold more for longer, sometimes it happens when i stand up, and sometimes i feel this sudden urge to go when i enter home after being out for like 8 hours or so with no problem (btw i did a complete urine analysis it came negative for nitrite and leukocyte esterase and
the only abnormal things about it is that its ph is 8 and it has amorphous phosphates and triple phosphates)

These are all serious symptoms when occurring together. I am speculating Thyroid disease or Diabetes, they are both metabolism conditions.
Go to a Metabolism Specialist as soon as you can.
