It's important to get checked out by a doctor if you are feeling full all the time, in addition to the vomiting and feeling dizzy- 20 days is a long time to be feeling that way, and it can be signs of some serious issues- GERD, ulcers, even pancreatic cancer- so get into a doctor as soon as you can.

Not all the time sometimes only and sometimes I am perfectly fine ... That is the reason why I did not go to doctor ,. And I feel like vomiting but I never vomit once till now so
I still don't think it's anything to ignore, these are not normal reactions for a body to have and can be warning signs- so get to a doc and let us know how you are doing!
