The answer is staring you in the face!
You have anxiety, deep-seated and most likely clinical. Your symptoms are very likely psychosomatic.
The way out is to find your own happiness in this irrational, chaotic and meaningless world. Do not spend energy in regretting what has been lost, but become inventive. Create your own world. Turn within your self and discover your spiritual dimensions: Love of nature, beauty, friendship, compassion for those, in the millions, who are also anxious and helpless like you.
Hold a rose in your hand and marvel at its beauty, ponder the miracle that created it; its intricate form, its pull to make you hold it to your chest to breathe its intoxicating aroma. Think of who could have orchestrated its magnificent existence.
Climb a mountain and enjoy the vista that unfolds before you eyes.
Do not chase phantoms, things that matter to those you don't care about, but seek and create your own world. Behold our beautiful planet lying in a corner of the universe, given to us as a gift from God (not the God we try to explain but cannot) but the God we feel, but fail to understand. Make a pledge to save our planet from destruction. It is a thing of beauty but its tenants are uncaring usurpers whose motto is 'use and discard'.
Dedicate yourself to truth and beauty. Enjoy the long and difficult fight. It will be worth it!!

The clinical picture isn't clear. You have to get the diagnosis by the way of exclusion of another diagnoses, namely to make DOPA-PED scan to exclude kind of Parkinsonism.
So Sorry of all you are going through I will Pray for you.

I agree that thyroid levels should be tested... Free T4 and Free T3, along with TSH and thyroid antibodies for Hashimoto's.
Consider requesting testing for Chiari malformation with an MRI of at least your head and neck. That is my diagnosis and I have experienced many of your symptoms
Take any supplements, especially with iron or B6? Had your thyroid checked, not just for Tsh but for T1 and T2?
