Im getting scrared

Okay so I have had a lot of stuff going on. I have had perfect health all my life until this last year. It started with reoccuring urinary tract infections that were not manifesting themselves in the usual way. I had the same symptoms as an ulser during the UTIs. Then I started having pain when my uterus would contract. I never saw a doctor for that symptom and it eventualy went away. Im not sure if any of this is related but just in case I want to lay it all out. So then my allergies got severe, much worse then im use to dealing with and all the time. They got to the point where I was weazing sometimes as if I had asthma. Since then I had a breakup with my bf (stress) and I have had a pretty unstable sleep schedule ( I work nights). Now over the two weeks, but especialy this last week I have had exremely high anxiety, nausea, dizzyness, irrational thoughts, feelings that things were unreal/foggy. a sense of impending doom, overwhelmed, hot flashes, teeth sensitivity, and increased thirst. These symtoms occur even when I do not feel stressed out. It seems random but increases at night. I feel like im loosing control, Forgetful, and scared. Is this all in my head or could something be wrong?

i can pretty much conclude.... part of it is some form of depression.. dont take it badly.. i myself can only say this because i was dealing with it a year ago (different circumstances though) to be honest the other part does sound like somethingbut to me it sounds like pregnancy. take a test if you havent. i am currently pregnant and  feel as if i have asthma sometimes crazy allergies which is really not allergies and pretty much EVERYTHING else besides impending doom and scared. well scared fits but so does losing control.. and like i said pretty much all of it could be sgns of pregnancy. but you probably should see a doctor and express the stress you feel and most likely you have a mild case of depression. hope all turns out well!

Did the urinary cultures come back as being positive for infection?  There are a couple of other things that can mirror symptoms of urinary tract infection without actually having them- that being interstitial cystitis... was there pain and blood in the urine?  Also, and especially since you mention your uterus contracting, you might consider whether you might have endometriosis in the bladder, if you tested negative for infection, but yet had all the symptoms of infection.

It has been a very bad allergy season this year (and last year too) in the region where I live, with higher counts of allergy producing pollens.  Did you receive any treatment for the allergies?

Regarding the increased thirst, are you also having increased hunger and urine output?  If so, have you had a fasting blood sugar run lately?    Regarding the teeth sensitivity, have you consulted a dentist about this?

Many of the things you describe could be anxiety induced.  But they should take a look at your thyroid, which if in a state of imbalance, can wreak emotional havoc, your female-related hormones and organs with your uterine contractions and hot flashes, and if you are having, along with the impending doom feelings, very high spikes in blood pressure, they should test your plasma free metanephrines to rule out a very rare tumor called a pheochromoctyoma.

But while you should definitely have medical things looked into and rule out those things, with the stress you describe, it is quite possible that many of your symptoms are resulting from that.  So, in case it is causing a lot of it, you need to take a serious look at what steps you can take to reduce your stress level and pursue doing those steps.  For example, having a night job isn't for some people.  It goes against the natural circadian rhythm.  So you might look into finding a day job instead- and one that is not too demanding for your stress tolerance limit.  Take time to relax, do some deep breathing when you feel stressed, listen to relaxing music, enjoy the beauty of God's creation and try to avoid any unnecessary stress.  If you have a Christian pastor/trusted counselor you could go to for advice, you may want to take that step.  And you may consider whether you want to get temporary prescription help from a psychiatrist.
