Unexplainable abdominal pain

I am 23 years old and had to get my galbladder removed due to gallstones and crystallization. Moths passed and I was doing great! I was back to normal! Once the 7th month approached, I started to get really nauseous (but wont throw up), dizzy, sweaty then cold, and then sever lower back pain. I still feeling these symtoms, a month later, typically soon after I eat anything. Sometimes it happens and then sometimes if i eat the same exact thing, nothing happens. I just got an ultrasound done and there is same tender fatty build up on the interior of my abdominal wall right above my bellybutton that looks a little suspicious to my doctor. I am getting referred to a general surgeon at the moment....  My doc said he does not think it has anything to do with post-gallbladder surgery symptoms. What can be happening to me?

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
You could have developed an inflammatory bowel disorder like IBS, Crohn;s or celiac. Other possibility is adhesions in abdomen post surgery, which can only be diagnosed by laparotomy. The lump like thing could also be an umbilical or paraumbilical hernia and may need a CT scan for diagnosis.
Polycystic ovary, endometriosis, and food intolerance are the other possibilities.
Since I cannot examine you and know other related conditions you may be having, nor is a detailed history possible on net, I have listed the various possibilities that should be looked into. Please consult your PCP and gynecologist to run tests and examination to clinch a diagnosis.
Take care!

Well, the gallbladder stores bile, which is released when necessary to break down fat, but I don't know if not having the gallbladder would cause a fatty build up or not, since the liver produces bile.  Did they do run any blood tests on you in regards to your symptoms?  Where they spotted the build up does not sound like your lower back to me.  Did they suggest it could cause referred pain in the lower back?  If not, did they suggest any further diagnostic testing regarding your low back pain?
