Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
You could be having a lingering infection in the upper respiratory tract. This could be causing sore throat. Consult your doctor regarding that. Chance of pneumonia is less as there is no fever and cough. The other possibility is chronic fatigue syndrome or post viral fatigue syndrome that occurs after an illness. This can be treated patiently with exercise, good diet, work out plans and multivitamins. A diet rich in fruits, vegetables and proteins should be taken along with a multi vitamin supplement. Eat 5-7 small regular meals every day. Drink plenty of water. Do deep breathing exercises.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
I was diagnosed with pneumonia almost 2 and a half months ago. I seem to have recovered from that. Now, I seem to have good days and bad. I always wake up with the feeling of being somewhat ill and have no desire to do much. It's very difficult to go to work because after a few hours I am easily fatigued. I am worried that I will lose my job over this.
I am trying to change my diet. I don't drink coffee or alcohol anymore because they seem to agitate me now. And I can't seem to handle a full meal anymore. I am taking multi-vitamins, vitamin c and olive leaf extract as part of my regular diet. I don't eat as much as I used to anymore. I hope this will pass. I am very frustrated and worried that I will fall into depression because of this condition I'm in.
