Is this tendinitis or not?

For over a  2 months my wrist has been very uncomfortable. The last 2 weeks I have used Tramadol doctor said it could be an underlying inflammation. I have stopped using the tablet but have still a dull ache, weak and can sometimes be sharp in my left wrist the other isn't as uncomfortable. I'm exercising them a little but elbow can also be stiff  and tender both sides at times.  No injury before hand and not much computer use. Find picking up carrier bags of food shopping that not too heavy strains it on the inside area of wrist. Is this tendinitis?

Hi again, I posted so many it's just annoying not getting a straight answer as I really don't think Carpal Tunnel. It's something simple but honestly don't remember how I done it. Am thinking  more Tendinitis as my Dr say's it's coming back or as he also said at the very start referred pain.

I developed a sore foot after walking several weeks.  Then I dropped a pretty heavy bottle of water right on the spot the hurts - on top of the right foot.  Now I have a quarter sized hard lump in that exact area and it hurts to walk.  The lump is approximately in line with my second toe and it's a little more than half way down the hop of the foot.  It only hurts when I walk - not at rest.  Help!
