Joint pain, occasional spasms in body.

Hi,

Since past 3 days I've been having this:
- A dark red/brown/tan spot on my left thigh (in the front) about 1 inch in diameter. I don't know how did it occur - I don't remember about any injury. There is no pain or numbness on that spot. The texture of skin is no different than that of the surrounding skin. I applied a mild steroidal skin cream and the spot has faded quite a bit now.
- Slight pain in calf muscles, toes, arms and fingers. Stretching them gives slight relief.
- Occasional spasms in chest, stomach.
- Sometime heart feels as if it has skipped a beat.
- Palms have a feeling of trembling all the time.
- A feeling similar to what one gets at the start of a viral infection.

Can it be because of stress? I've been going through some stress since past few days. Or it could be because of a viral infection due to a change in weather as the temperature where I live has dipped by a few degrees in past few days?

There is no fever or chills or sweating.

Thanks for your time and help.

Thanks for the prompt reply.

I've been taking vitamin B12 capsules since past 2 days and the condition seems to be improving slightly.

Thanks once again.
