Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Chest pain in center and back can be due to heart attack. Get an EKG done. It can also be due to duodenal ulcer, hepatitis, pancreatitis or due to hiatal hernia. Endoscopy, liver function test, serum amylase or lipase needs to be done.
Please consult your PCP for primary examination followed by proper referral.
Hope this helps. Take care!
