Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Low grade fever merely indicates an infection, either at the site of the shot or elsewhere in the body. Also get your blood counts rechecked. Report this fever to your oncologist. Take care!
It has never happen to me personally, but I have taken care of many patients it has happened to.
The joint pain is pretty typical, but I would report the "chilly all the time and low grade fever" to your Oncologist as soon as possible.
Have your counts been checked recently?
