Click/Pop in head-followed by severe light headedness. Help!

Last weekend I was at the store, and heard a pop or click in my head, around my temple. Immediately after, I became very lightheaded and was very close to passing out. My vision did not cross, but it became glossy for 10 seconds. No headache, just a weird sensation leaving me light headed for the day. Throughout all of this week, I have felt 'off' and tired but no major concerning symptoms. Slight head pressure but nothing bad.

Today, I have been lightheaded again more than usual with slight neck pain. I do suffer from migraines but this has never happened before. I am growing more and more concerned. No fever, no high blood pressure. Just lots of lightheadedness and weird head sensations...Tingling.

Do I need to get a CT? Could it be allergies? A virus? Migraine?

Thank you for your help.
