Hi
Thanks for writing to the forum!
Lyrica has not been shown to have brain tumors in human beings. At least I am not aware of it. I am providing you with a link from the Pfizer Company on the drug: http://emc.medicines.org.uk/emc/assets/c/html/DisplayDoc.asp?DocumentID=14651
No evidence of meningioma or other brain tumors have been documented in preclinical studies on mice and rats as per this site.
However the drug is still under research by Pfizer for certain indications and also for safety labelling. Hence you can contact the company if you have a doubt regarding this.

Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
To the best of my knowledge, no. Unfortunately human trials of lyrica don't seem to have considered this
One study that was on rats/mice (can't remember, but its in pubmed) had a noticeable but not statistically significant rise in brain tumors.
How long have you been on lyrica, and at what dose per day?
Regards,
Don.
