Pain all over my body

Hello there,

I have pain all over my body I feel the pain in muscles and bones. its sharp acute in some points turning around all points. also feel tired and cant do my things unwilling to move around or go out.
I had experience of such pains back in my 20`s which was worse in the morning but i was feeling good for many years now in my 30`s , is back while getting more frequent like three days a week ... it stop me to do my regular works.
I had depression back in my 20`s which I feel much better now but i suffer from insomnia
for a long time that i was sleeping just 4 hour and then cant stay asleep
right now i m taking DOXIPIN  25  which is helping me alot.
I also suffer from stomach discomfort for three years now and nothing helped me except keeping diet so I stick to diet and eliminated lots of foods otherwise symptoms will back

I do appreciate if anyone can help me.
