Severe Unknown Stomach Pains

I'm 13 & I've had severe stomach problems for over a year now. I've gotten numerous amounts of tests done, & I'm always getting the same answers, "We can't find anything." I have these sharp pains all over my stomach, it feels like I'm being stabbed over & over again, the pain never goes away. Also, I get what I call "episodes" & the pain is unbareable, & the pain on a scale on 1-10 is beyond 10, & I scream because I'm in so much pain. I'm always feeling sick, & barely keep any food down. I get very irritable & tired. I do sometimes cough up & throw up blood. I also get night sweats & chills, & have lower back pain. I have had a siezure during this all. I'm on a search to find what's wrong with me. I'm only 13, & I'm so stressed out & this has changed my life completely. I am starting to loose some of my hair, but I don't know if that is caused by the stress or this problem. Having pain every single day is not the best feeling. Please, if you have any opinions or thoughts on this please share them. I just want to know what's wrong with me. Please help.

They have checked for ulcers. They said I don't have any. I'm going to go meet with my doctor again in a week. But yeah, I'm not planning on giving up or anything, there is no point in doing that because the pain will still be there. I'd rather fight it & get better. My family, my faith, & praying is what's keeping me going.

Have they done tests for food allergies? Upper GI scans? Don't give up, when you do Dr's assume the problems went away or aren't serious. If you need to get them to look at you chuck a tantrum in their office. Don't take no for an answer and convince them that something is wrong.

Have they checked you for ulcers? They could be throughout your digestive track, which would explain the pain, nausea, and vomiting. The hair loss could possibly be related to whatever is causing the ulcers, the stress of the situation you're in, or from malnutrition.
I understand the anger, frustration, and fear that you must be dealing with. I'm twice your age and I've had chronic kidney pain for over a year. We still haven't figured out why. Don't give up hope of a diagnosis, someday you will see the right doctor who will put all the pieces together. There were times over the last year where one of the few things that kept me going was the hope of an answer.
