Morning illness... not pregnant!

For years I have had nausea, abdominal pains, and diarrhea. I feel like i have to sleep past noon and wait an hour before eating because i'm scared i will have to go through this "morning sickness". I'm only 18 and I want to be able to wake up early in the mornings and eat and be active but whatever this is, is stopping me from a normal schedule, both food and time. It doesn't happen every morning but it happens most days of the week and sometimes if i swallow my saliva it makes it worse. help!!

Have you been checked for ulcers or IBS or possible hormone imbalances. If everything seems okay ginger helps with nausea and  soothes the digestive tract. You can find it in caplet, but I prefer using the fresh root. I usually put two or three pealed pieces in a gallon of juice and leave it refrigerated, drinking a cup every morning when I get up.
