Muscle spasms and chest pain, unsure what it is

I've been having widespread muscle fasculations and some chest pain for about 2 months now and am very unsure what it is.
The muscle fasculations are very widespread, arms, legs, chest, shoulder, wrist, ankles, and are painless, and vary alot in how often and how long they last from just a few seconds to around an hour or so on and off.

The chest pain is also very on and off. I have a couple tender spots on my ribs that hurt slightly to the touch. My shoulder and back will occasionally hurt also.

Occasionally I'm noticing random bruises in varied places.

I have a feeling of heart palpitations in my chest, but with the muscle spasms i'm wondering if its a spasm in the chest just feeling similar to a heart palpitation.

I've had a ecg, multiple ekg's, some bloodwork, and a chest xray done and all came back fine.

The doctor originally said it was a strained muscle in my shoulder or anxiety, but that doesn't seem quite right. I do have a general anxiety disorder, but these symptoms aren't problems i've had before with it.

I'm a 21 year old male and in moderate shape. Would like to hear and suggestions you guys have on what this could be.
