I haven't had a period in 3 months but pregnancy test are still showing negative what could it be?

have u seen ur doctor? if they do a blood test and it still comes out negative then they could help you to find out what the problem is. have you been on the pill?

Lots of stress, hormone imbalance it could be a few different things also have you started a new birth control or recently come off one that can affect your cycle as well

If at all you expect pregnancy, take a blood pregnancy test for confirmation. If this too is negative then other causes of delayed or missed periods will have to be looked at such as  stress whether emotional or physical, hypothyroidism, polycystic disease of the ovary, pituitary tumors secreting prolactin, anemia and poor diet, unexplained or sudden weight gain or weight loss.
You may need ultrasounds, hormonal assays and other tests for confirmation. Do discuss this with your gynecologist and get yourself examined. Take care!
