My brother is gonna die . . .

Wondering if there are any doctors in this whole world who can diagnose my brother....he has been to every hospital and so many doctors and tests, no one knows what is wrong.  It's been going on for 2 years now.  His first symptom is a pain above his pelvic area on the stomach, then vomiting almost like an acid substance....to get him through he is taking pain pills, jumps in the hottest shower possible and will at times just sit there in the running water to get through these attacks.  Then he goes to his bedroom and sleeps the rest off.  His gall bladder was removed and it was completely black.  Like it was dead.  I know he spent some time in the water at Mexico about a few months before that.  Down in Mexico they rushed him to the hospital, the doctors down there wasn't sure if he had a stroke or heart attack.  Nobody found nothing.  Nobody can help him.  The worst of it, his life he is just giving up.  It kills me to hear my mom cry for her son is deadly sick almost.  Has anyone heard of a similiar case like this?  PLEASE.....HELP MY BROTHER.....PLEASE!!!!!

Sounds like something possibly going on with the biliary tree.  

Any scopes or imaging done?  i.e. Upper Endoscopy, ERCP, US or CT?

I don't know for sure but get a natural doctor to check his Piloric Valve to see if it is open. Very simple to close!

try some anti-depressants to stop him giving up!!! I hope you find a cure :) x
