Kidney Tingling, Swollen Gland, Swallowing

5 months ago I had terrible flank pain, since then, I get a pain around my hip bone, a burning, then burning tingling in my kidney at the front, then feels like it is travellin up my body to gland under arm, and then feel like i am having a problem swallowing.  have had ct scan, kidney blood tests, urine tests and everything is coming back negative.  My blood pressure is going from 117/80 to 160/130 to 100/50 all in a 1/2 hour, very lethargic, and can't even have a glass of wine as get very lethargic.  don't know where to turn anymore and my doctor has basically given up.  very depressing.  Feel like something is travelling through me.  If I have to urinate badly, get some feeling in front where kidney is, no more flank pain though which started it all.

Pray,and go see another Doctor.Ask for a a Specialists.That blood pressure is seriouse.Go to Emergency if persists.God Bless you.

Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
This could be due to pinched nerve (can be known by nerve conduction studies and MRI) or it can be due to adrenal gland problems (can be known by cortisol test).
The fluctuations in BP are generally due to arenal gland problems. Consult an endocrine specialist regarding this.
