Causes for a fluctuating fever?

For the past maybe two-two and a half months I've been dealing with a lot of symptoms. Lately I've realized I always have a fluctuating fever. It will be normal, a low grade fever and even up to 101. Other symptoms I've been dealing with include fatigue, headaches, body pain (joint and muscle), lightheadedness, hair loss, poor concentration, forgetfulness (short-term memory problems), stomach issues, overall weak and drained feeling, sweats and hot flashes, occasional chills, slight weight loss, and occasional hand and feet tingling (mostly hands). Does anyone have any idea what all of these symptoms could be related to?

Hello~I am thinking you could have either "Chronic Fatigue Syndrome" or "Fibromyalgia" They are both very close in regards to symptoms, but the CFS makes you more tired. I would certainly ask your GP about both of these and ask for any tests that would help in obtaining a diagnosis.
