Numbness in Face Arm and Feet

I am a 28 y/o female and i have been having numbness in my face, left arm, and feet for about 4 weeks. I have had a MRI a EKG, multiple blood tests including Lyme and vitamin deficiencies which have all come back normal. I have also been having anxiety attacks lately which i was recently prescribed celexa. My doctor said the numbness could be caused by the anxiety.  I have run out of ideas on what to do any suggestions?

Hi
Welcome to the forum!
Common cold, sinusitis, ear infection, sensory nerve compression, peripheral neuropathy as in diabetes, inflamed wisdom tooth, impacted wisdom tooth etc  can all cause facial numbness and pain. This is for localized numbness in the face. This numbness can also  spread to arm depending on the severity.
Numbness of your feet can be due to spinal nerve compression of lumbar spinal nerves. Facial numbness and that of feet may or may not be related.
Generalized calcium and Vit D deficiency is another possibility.
Discuss these possibilities with your doctor.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

The numbness affects both cheeks lips and sometimes my tongue also both feet. The numbness can last for a day or two at a time then goes away for a few then starts back up. The anxiety attacks are random they happen at any time. Sometimes they happen at home when I'm just relaxing and watching t.v. they've even happened at the supermarket. Not currently under too much pressure i have a 8 month old daughter who can cause some stress. My diet is fairly healthy although i do enjoy junk food on occasion.

Hi, sorry and I hope things improve.

Can you say exactly where on your face the numbness is, does it include any of the inside of your mouth?  Both feet, or just one, and whole foot? Are your symptoms constant or intermittent?  Are the anxiety-attacks random or are you currently under pressure?  How is your diet?
