What could these symptoms be?

I recently turned 16 (end of sept.) and have had a painful right hip for more than a year. It seems to get worsen with activity, especially riding horses and walking hills. It was only a grinding sort of pain in my groin at first, but now there is something I can't describe. It's higher up and more in the middle than the original pain, and is not grinding. I don't know how to describe it, but it's much worse than the other one. A bit less than a month ago I began having chest pain and it's painful to take a deep breath, and I can't tell if it's in my lungs or ribs. Perhaps it's just from being out of shape, unable to get as much exercise as I used to. I walk with a limp which tends to leave my left leg sore, having to work harder, and lose sleep having pain in three different places on my body. I guess I'm just falling all apart, heheh. I've talked to my parents and have been out of school for almost two weeks because it's just so miserably painful, but it seems that they think all I need is a break since there has been very little talk of seeing a doctor. I don't know if I should be worried and press my parents to see a doctor or just keep taking pain pills and try to keep going. Advice would be appreciated, thank you!
