I just got the same pain again though this time it was my top left rib right underneath my left brest though this time it lasted a couple minutes. I go after taking a semi deep breath. What could be causin this??? Os it dangerous??? I'm not sure if this is needed but I am 5 foot 10 and 150lbs and I am trying to lose weight. Why did this happen is it dangerous???

No no physical trauma. Emotanal mabey but not physical!!! The pain keeps coming back today!!! A few minutes at a time!!! I have been doing an exersise since saterday every other day skipping Sundays. And of the exersises is to lay on the floor on your back and imagion yourself pushing the top of your stumic to your belly button!!!! But I have had this pain befor istarted the work out though I don't remember when that was just that this pain is familiar. But I guess befor it could of been from swimming because during the school year I'm on the schhol swim team!
Could that be it???

Have you had recent trauma to anywhere on your body? Could be costochondritis which is an inflamation of the muscles connecting your ribs.
