just working normal hours 9-5 mon-fri, i suppose i have been rather stressed at the moment because i am travelling in australia at the moment and was finding it really hard to get a job, but ive finally got 1 now!

true about it being less annoyin than actually being at work!

thanks

Dont worry its normal and it used to happen to me all the time!
Are you working long hours and/or have been doing tedius tasks lately?
It will stop when you either relax or destress.
Dont take anything for sleep as I did that once and became even more confused when it happened.  Try doing some small exersizes before you go to bed or deinking some chamomile tea.  I know its annoying, but less annoying than realizing you really are still at work!
