Is there something that is going on that my doctors cannot see?

I am a white female, 22, from Florida. For the past 3 months I have had severe headaches and migraines. With this I have vomitting, been very dizzy, have had intense neck pain, and I have had no energy. I have had cold sweats, and trembling as well. My heart has also acted up by going from 70bpm to 140bpm while I am laying down. Sometimes without the presence of pain I will still have these symptoms. I have seen a Neurologist, been in the ER twice, seen my pcp twice, and now I am being handed off to an infectious disease doctor. I have had only 5 blood tests done, of which included Mono, and the western blot. All came back negative. Is there something that is going on that my doctors cannot see? Aren't they paid to figure out patients medical issues? Am I being mistreated? I am totally tired of the pain. All I do is stay in my dark room all the time. I cannot function, do chores, or take care of my kids. I just want my normal life back. Please help me.

Hello,
The symptoms that you are having are related to migraine only.Autonomic symoptoms are a feature of some types of migraines and there is combinations of neurologic, gastrointestinal, and autonomic changes. In my opinion you should consult a neurologist and start with the specific antimigraine treatment.

I hope that helps. Please do keep me posted. Kind Regards.

Not good.  Get out more.

Did you rule out any envirnmental things.  I used to get a pounding heartbeat when I lied down on the couch.  There are a lot of mold issues in my house though.
